The brief
A new head coach inherits a roster, a gym and an Instagram account. Coach Floyd brought four pillars he was already using with his players: COMPETE, TOGETHER, POSITIVE ENERGY and MAXIMIZING OUR POTENTIAL. The job was to put those words on the program's grid before the first game, in work the players would want on their own profiles.
What we built
- Pillar collages.Designed 4:5 posts, one coach approved pillar per post, three or four photos with one hero frame. Black and charcoal ground, Guyer royal blue as the accent, never the fill.
- Player cards.Full vertical frame, one athlete, big and named.
- Animated letter knockout.GUYER in tall type, each letter a window onto a different player, closing on the whole team with their coach.
- Run With The Boys.A weekly Reel series. One clip, one player, one moment per episode, with the gym's real audio.
- Offseason photography. In the gym, September work, shot for the collages and the cards.

One athlete, big, named.
Built native to 9:16 so they live in Stories without a crop. Collages sell the program; cards are what get shared. Every card was delivered to Coach Floyd, who distributes them to the team.

Offseason photography.
Thirteen frames from September in the gym. Straight from the camera: cropped and framed, never retouched, never color graded.

It takes all of us.
Letters pop on left to right, three photo sets ripple through, and the final frame puts the whole team and their coach across the full word. Faces are placed by detection so no head lands on a stroke.
How it ships
Nothing goes out as a zip file. Every piece posts from our account with the program invited as an Instagram Collab, so one post lands on both grids with one comment thread. Sending files to a coach hands off the caption, the credit and the timing. Posting it ourselves keeps all three. Our credit stays a small line of type in the graphic's own neutral ink. Our color never sits next to theirs.
The rules we shot by
- No skin grading.Photos are cropped, framed and composed. An athlete's skin is never retouched or color graded, including the quick global grade that makes a set look uniform.
- Every player named.A named frame is the one a kid reposts. Every panel carries a name.
- Mind the UIL calendar.Girls basketball practice opens October 21. Until then, the graphics say offseason, in the gym, September work.
- Cards go to the coach.Player cards are delivered to Coach Floyd, who distributes them. We never send files to a player's DMs or tag a minor's personal account.
Where the program stands
A first year coach's language is on the program's grid, in the program's colors, weeks before the first official practice. Every featured player is named and has a frame worth sharing. The program's media comes from one studio, on a calendar, under rules the coach signed off on before anything posted.
