Image and film removal requests
We want every athlete to be proud of how they're shown. If you want a photo or video taken down, we will take it down. You don't have to give a reason.
Who can ask
- An athlete shown in the image or video
- A parent or guardian of a minor athlete
- The athlete's school, program, or coach
How to ask
Use the form below, or email book@quitplayinmedia.com with the subject line "Removal Request." Include a link to the image or video (or describe where you saw it) and your relationship to the athlete.
What happens next
- We confirm we received your request within 1 business day.
- We remove the image or video from this website and from Quit Playin Media's social media accounts within 2 business days.
- If the request involves a safety concern, check "Urgent" below and we will act the same day.
- If you ask, we will also stop using that athlete's image in future public work.
Things we don't fully control
Some of our work is also posted by the school or program on its own accounts. We can remove it from ours, and we will forward your request to them the same day. Search engines may take some time to clear old copies; we will submit removal requests where their tools allow.
