Booking terms
Plain language, so you know exactly what you're booking. If anything here is unclear, email book@quitplayinmedia.com before you pay.
Who books
Bookings are made by an adult. If the athlete is under 18, a parent or guardian books and pays.
Payment
- Player packages (Portrait Session, Recruiting Tape, The Signature) are paid in full online at booking. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Events and originals under $1,000 are paid in full at booking. $1,000 and up: 50% holds the date, and the balance is due before final delivery.
- Program partners pay 25% at signing and the rest in monthly payments across the season. Pay in full and save 5%.
Scheduling
After you book, we reply within one business day to confirm dates. For a Recruiting Tape or The Signature, we film the games you choose from your athlete's schedule. Portrait sessions are scheduled at a gym in the Dallas area.
Changes and cancellations
- You can move a date once, free, with 72 hours notice.
- If a game is canceled or postponed, coverage moves to the new date at no charge.
- Payments are non-refundable, but they transfer to a new date within 60 days.
- If we can't deliver what you booked, you get a full refund.
Travel
Travel is included within 45 miles of downtown Dallas, which covers Denton, Fort Worth, Frisco, McKinney and Arlington. Beyond that, travel is $0.75 per mile each way, and we'll confirm it with you before the shoot.
Delivery and revisions
- Turnaround times are listed with each package on the rate card.
- One round of revisions on graphics and Reels, two on tapes and films.
- Galleries and downloads stay live for 12 months. Save your files.
Athlete media releases
A parent or guardian signs our media release before anything is published. Publishing is never required: if your family opts out, we still deliver every file to you privately. Any athlete or parent can ask us to take an image down at any time, and we do it within two business days. See removal requests.
Use and copyright
You get full personal use of your files, including social media, recruiting and your athlete's own channels. Programs get full program use. Paid advertising needs a usage license. Quit Playin Media keeps the copyright and may show the work in its portfolio when a media release is on file.
